Questions of a legal nature; Mega GeniusSM does not provide legal advice.
Questions of a medical nature; Mega GeniusSM does not provide medical advice.
Questions of a specific financial nature, such as, “What stocks should I buy?” or “Which horse will win?” Mega GeniusSM addresses “Money and How to Get it” and “How to Create Your Own Luck” in Level II of The Mega Genius® Lectures: “The Uncommon Sense Series”.
Questions of a mathematical, or particularly technical, or time-consuming nature.

 

Depending upon Mega Genius’SM schedule, responses from him are normally received within 72 hours, although occasionally a reply may take longer. If you have not received a reply within 7 calendar days, please contact our Customer Service Department (through our Home Page) and we will look into the matter immediately.

Although we cannot guarantee that you will be 100% satisfied with your reply from Mega GeniusSM; we do guarantee that it will be a personal reply, directly from the mind of Mega GeniusSM.  Mega GeniusSM cannot be held legally responsible for the resolution or final outcome of any situation.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason.
