Mega Genius® Intelligence Briefing: The Truth that You are Not Supposed to Know
Imagine that you have just discovered a folder stamped "U.S. Federal Government" and "Top Secret" lying along a sidewalk. Are you curious about what is inside? If you do not really want to know, do not continue. Warning: Stop now! On the other hand, if you are the kind of person who is curious, and if you are certain that you can handle it, then please ensure that you are sitting down, and take a deep breath. We are going to crack open that folder right now, inspect the first several pages, and examine a few of its deepest and darkest secrets ... or what are certainly supposed to be. "The Mega Genius Lectures," consisting of "The Genius Formula Series," "The Uncommon Sense Series," and "The Truth Series," were recorded in their entirety from 15 to 22 November 2000. Of all those throughout the world who have been fortunate enough to have heard all 34 of "The Mega Genius Lectures" (or any portion of them, for that matter), not a single person has questioned that they reflect only the highest caliber of truth. And they do. For various reasons, much of that truth you were never supposed to know. Now, from a different angle, I'm going to briefly address just one of the thousands of facets of truth that those lectures reflect. What I'm about to tell you, I've considered revealing for some time, because it's something you urgently need to know. The time, however, was never right. Finally, it is. Much information within the United States Federal Government is classified, from Confidential (keep it strictly to yourself) all the way up to documents stamped both "TOP SECRET" and "EYES ONLY." Those who are under consideration to be granted access to the higher classifications are thoroughly investigated by various means, by diverse alphabet agencies (CIA, FBI, DOD, NSA, DIA, et cetera), as I'm sure you know. As one who has undergone many security checks, or "sec checks," as they are known, I know quite a lot about the matter. Sec Checks even include such admittedly unreliable data as that obtained through interviews with the subjects' neighbors, in case they might turn up some indication of erratic behavior or propensity that could disqualify the individuals. Reports from such interviews are then submitted to Federal psychiatrists, who analyze even such insignificant allegations as "bites his fingernails," and even "was breast fed." Some sec checking is far more extensive and invasive than even that. Classified information within the U.S. Federal Government is strictly compartmentalized. It is available only on a "need to know" basis. Consequently, those with high security clearances in the Pentagon, for example, often have no idea what the person in the next office is doing. Incidentally, sometimes they are even working on the same major project at the same time, without knowing it. That's the Government's way of doing things. Unknown to the public, the U.S. Federal Government has a number of ultra-high security classifications above even "Top Secret." Each of those security classifications is known as "Top Secret / (Plug-in Word)," such as "Top Secret / Ultra, " "Top Secret / Umbra, and "Top Secret / Majic," for example. (The words "umbra" and "majic" are abbreviated forms of the words "umbrella" and "majestic.") These ultra-high-level security classifications are all relatively closely related and pertain to various aspects of the same basic issues. Information about the many projects and activities within those ultra-high-level security classifications is supremely restricted. Even the names of most of those ultra-high-level security classifications are not even known by individuals just one classification lower, within the highly secure "Top Secret" circles. I have already publicly stated that we have "space neighbors," first, when I discussed some aspects of the matter in "The Mega Genius Lectures" and, again, in a public interview on 22 June 2001 (see "Interview" on the MegaGenius.com website). Since the mid-1940's, in particular, mankind has extensively debated whether "flying saucers" are real. To many, it seems ridiculous, even impossible. Yet many members of law enforcement and Congress, and commercial pilots, various astronauts, and even former President Jimmy Carter, among many other highly respected individuals, have reported personal and detailed encounters with them. It is a matter of public record that, in mid-July of 1952, what the military called "shining discs" appeared and departed, at incalculable speeds, above Washington, D.C. There they hovered over the Capitol, the Pentagon, and even directly above the White House, in considerable numbers, night after night. Simultaneous tracking by radar from three separate locations verified that the shining discs were quite solid objects. Unknown to the public, however, such discs subsequently hovered over nuclear launch facilities in both the Northwestern U.S. and the Soviet Union, where they utterly disabled the critical electronics of both those facilities for an appreciable time. It is common knowledge that the U.S. Air Force's public position is that there is absolutely nothing to the thousands of reports of flying saucers' existence. Yet military and commercial pilots, and other civilian personnel, have continually reported them. On 22 January 1948 a special project to investigate all such reports from military and civilian sources was begun by the military at Wright-Field (now Wright-Patterson Air Force Base), near Dayton, Ohio. The public knew of it as Project Saucer, although it was actually named Project Sign. Ten months later, in December 1948, the public was told that Project Sign had concluded, but the investigation actually continued under what was called Project Grudge. In early 1950, the Department of Defense announced that the Air Force had again discontinued its investigation and had concluded that all such reports were attributable to misinterpretations of various conventional objects, or a mild form of mass hysteria, or hoaxes. In fact, the Department of Defense lied to the public and actually continued the investigation, which later, in 1952, was re-named Project Blue Book, which continued until 17 December 1969. Of course, why was there any reason for the Air Force to secretly continue its investigation of flying saucers if it had truthfully determined that there was nothing worth investigating? All Blue Book files were then transported from Wright-Patterson to the Air Force Archives at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, and then sent to the National Archives, in Washington, D.C. There, all the names of the witnesses were deleted. Although Project Blue Book had officially ended, the Air Force secretly continued collecting reports of UFOs (in which it claimed to have no interest) in accordance with Air Force manual 55-11. The true purpose of the public investigations was to collect and analyze information about what was being reported, which was of extreme interest to the Government, while placating concerned citizens by convincing them that there was nothing to the matter at all, and that it in no way deserved their attention. It was very similar to a magician's attempt to misdirect where one looks (a subject with which I am quite familiar). This was re-emphasized in 1965, when the public had begun to question the Air Force's true motives, through a Government contract awarded to the University of Colorado to study the Air Force's Project Blue Book investigation. It was sponsored by the Government, remember. In 1968, its Condon Committee re-affirmed to the public that there was absolutely nothing to the matter worth investigating. Interestingly, although the Condon Committee's conclusion was endorsed by the National Academy of Sciences, it was ridiculed throughout the aerospace industry by the prestigious American Institute of Aeronautics and astronautics, which concluded that just the opposite conclusion could have been drawn from the evidence analyzed by Project Blue Book. The actual truth, and the answer that the public has vigorously sought, exists extensively throughout the materials within the U.S. Federal Government's absolute highest level of security classification, which has been awarded to extremely few persons, indeed. Documents of that classification are stamped both "TOP SECRET / COSMIC" and "EYES ONLY." (Cosmic: of, or pertaining to, the extraterrestrial vastness, or the universe in contrast to the Earth alone.) Think about it. If there wasn't something that the Government felt it needed to withhold from almost everyone, it would never have created a supremely secure wall of camouflage in the form of an ultra-high-level security classification called Top Secret / Cosmic. The classification exists to effectively restrict certain super-sensitive information at all cost. For the truth, we must go back to the summer of 1947, when hundreds of reports of the sightings of discs particularly concerned the Department of Defense. Military aircraft had scrambled and pursued some of the discs, which were then cross-verified by radar. But just about the time the pilots had made visual contact with the objects, the bogeys had instantly accelerated to unearthly speeds and vanished from all radar screens, and the pilots were left virtually "standing still," alone in the sky. Everything was about to change. You may have heard speculation about what is called the "Roswell incident." Much of it has been faulty and many of the allegations false. You need to know what really happened, verifiable by still classified Top Secret / Cosmic documentation. On the night of Wednesday, 2 July 1947, a disc that was malfunctioning actually landed in New Mexico, then took off again, and then exploded in flight in a desolate region and crashed on Foster Ranch, near the small town of Corona, not Roswell. The next morning William (Mac) Brazel, foreman of the ranch, who had heard the sound of the crash during the night, and Dee Proctor, a seven-year-old neighbor boy, discovered extremely unusual crash debris, with startling properties, on the ranch. It was strewn all over an area three quarters of a mile long by several hundred feet wide. Brazel showed pieces of the debris to a number of his friends, none of whom could fathom what the items were, who all marveled at the way metal as thin as aluminum foil could be crumpled, but not creased or cut. Then, when released from one's grasp, the metal quickly returned to its perfectly smooth and uncrumpled position. None of them had ever seen anything like it. In addition, they were mystified at how other pieces of what seemed similar to a super-light-weight plastic, marked with lavender-colored figures that were similar to, but different from, ancient Egyptian hieroglyphics, could not even be scratched. And there were other strange pieces, too. Finally, on 6 July, four days after the night of the crash, a still mystified Brazel finally took some of the debris to Chaves County Sheriff George Wilcox. The sheriff had never seen anything like it, either. So, he quickly called Major Jesse Marcel, the Air Field intelligence officer at the very secret Roswell Army Air Field, 75 miles southwest of the crash site. Major Marcel drove quickly to the sheriff's office and examined the unearthly appearing debris. He couldn't fathom what the pieces were, either, and alerted his commanding officer, Colonel William Blanchard. After examining many of the relatively small pieces of debris, military intelligence couldn't figure out what had crashed. Something extremely unusual had happened. Then, on 7 July, a secret aerial reconnaissance operation discovered the actual disc a few miles away, and then four deceased small human-like beings two miles east of the wreckage site. Each was about three-and-a-half feet tall, thin, with a larger than human head, very large dark eyes, small indentations for nostrils and ears, and a small slit for a mouth. They were humanoid, but obviously not from this planet. All but one of the bodies was very badly mangled. The other was in reasonably good condition, except for some decomposition by the elements. Now a barrage of officers from military bases throughout the U.S. invaded the small town of Corona, set up roadblocks all around the ranch, descended on the area of the wreckage, and secured the "debris field" like a tomb. With all the military brass running around, it now looked like the event of the century. Glenn Dennis, a mortician at Ballard Funeral Home, in Roswell, was called by the Roswell AAF mortuary officer to supply the smallest hermetically sealed caskets available. Johnny McBoyle was the Mutual broadcasting and ABC radio station manager, in Roswell. On the afternoon of 7 July, he happened to see the military hauling away the disc. He immediately called Lydia Sleppy, the teletype operator at his station, and told her that he had something hot to go on the teletype for all the affiliate stations. Then, in the midst of his excited dictation, Lydia was interrupted by the ringing of the teletype bell. Across the teletype came the words: "This is the FBI. Do not complete this transmission." Even the best-laid plans by men are subject to mistakes, and the next day, 8 July, First Lieutenant Walter Haut, Roswell AAF public information officer, issued a press release, on the orders of Colonel William Blanchard, commanding officer of the 509th Bomb Group at Roswell AAF. According to the U.S. Army's official announcement, it had actually recovered the crashed remains of a "genuine flying disc." A "full bird" colonel publicly admitted it! The truth about an event of that magnitude, however, would never do. So, faster than one could say, "What the ...." General Clemence McMullen, in Washington, D.C., ordered Colonel Thomas J. Dubose, Chief of Staff of the 8th Air Force, to immediately hush up any reports about a crashed disc by inventing a cover story. Then, just three hours after the accidental press release, Brigadier General Roger Ramey, head of the Eighth Air Force, to whom Colonel Dubose reported, called a press conference. General Ramey announced that it had been just a ridiculous error and that there had never been anything out on the ranch except a few remnants of a weather balloon, which were available for the press to photograph. No reason was ever given for the unexplainable misidentification of a weather balloon by the sheriff, Major Jesse Marcell (the Air Field intelligence officer), and many others involved in the discovery, all of whom were quite familiar with weather balloons. Or, how a simple balloon could have been scattered over an entire square mile of land. Or, why the ranch was swarming with military officers. Or, why the ranch was still off limits to everyone except the military. The public information officer's official revelation that a genuine flying disc had crashed was quickly carried by several evening papers, on 8 July: the Los Angeles Herald Examiner, the Chicago Daily News, and the San Francisco Examiner. The nation's major newspapers the next morning, however, carried only the cover story, which effectively locked down all information about the entire matter for decades. The public really wasn't interested in a torn weather balloon. Mac Brazel had occasionally recovered weather balloons on his ranch and was quite aware of the difference. Now he was talking too much about what he had actually seen and examined, and how very mistaken the military was. So, the military took him into custody. When they finally released him, a week later, he had changed his story. Many other residents who had seen too much were threatened. Some of those who had actually seen the disc or extraterrestrial bodies, and didn't convince as easily as the ranch foreman, were told that they and their families could easily disappear forever in the rugged desert. They got the message. Some debris was flown by special military aircraft to Fort Worth AAF, in Texas, and then on to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, in Ohio; the disc was taken directly to Wright-Patterson; and, the bodies were flown to Fort Riley, Kansas, and then on to Wright-Patterson for extensive analysis. Acting on the direct orders of President Harry S Truman, General Nathan F. Twining, Commander of USAAF Air Materiel Command at Wright-Patterson, began the analysis of the disc. Dr. Detlev Bronk, Chairman of the National Research Council, began a similar analysis of the bodies. There was absolutely no question about it: neither the bodies nor the spacecraft had originated from anyplace on Earth. Dr. Bronk suggested on 30 November 1947 that the creatures be referred to as "Extra-terrestrial Biological Entities," or "EBEs." Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin received a report about the crash and quickly initiated his own investigation of the matter. He was told that the disc and the alien bodies were definitely extraterrestrial. Analyses of the disc that crashed at Corona were quite unproductive. The alien technology was so advanced that, even after extensive analysis, engineers were utterly stumped by the workings of both the power supply and the method of propulsion. In fact, almost everything about the disc was an enigma. It was as if some prehistoric humanoids were trying to figure out how a twenty-first century cell phone operates. They hadn't a clue. Because the aliens' technology was so incomprehensibly advanced, and their motives and intentions utterly unknown, it was of the utmost concern. President Truman decided to maintain the strictest security precautions, for the time being. Accordingly, he issued a special, Top Secret, executive order, on 24 September 1947, to Secretary of Defense James V. Forrestal, authorizing him to establish "Operation Majestic Twelve." It was a super-secret committee of 12 eminently qualified, top ranking, scientists and Government personnel who would study the matter, control the operations of the group, and to whom all collected information about the aliens would be absolutely restricted. As the 12 were responsible directly, and only, to the President of the United States, only they and the President would know the whole truth, until the matter was better understood. The members of what was called the Majestic-12 (or MJ-12) Group were as follows:

President-elect Dwight D. Eisenhower was subsequently briefed on the matter in a Top Secret / Majic document prepared for "his eyes only" by Rear Admiral Hillenkoetter, CIA Director and Majestic-12 member, on 18 November 1952. Although there have been numerous other contacts between aliens and our Government since that time (about which I could give you weeks of exhausting and even far more startling details), this short briefing reflects a few of the basic facts that the Government is still withholding to this day. The Brookings Institution is an independent, nonpartisan organization, in Washington, D.C., devoted to various kinds of research, analysis, and education. RAND is a nonprofit institution, based in Santa Monica, California, that helps improve policy and decision making through research and analysis. A NASA-sponsored report by the Brookings Institution, in 1960, and an internal RAND document, in 1968, both reflected similar conclusions. The Brookings report was called "Proposed Studies on the Implications of Peaceful Space Activities for Human Affairs." The report predicted that if the existence of extraterrestrial life with advanced intelligence, as opposed to low forms of life or "subhuman intelligence," was confirmed to mankind, the disclosure could carry significance consequences. It concluded that the resultant reactions of both individuals and governments would probably depend on their social, cultural and religious backgrounds, and the exact nature of the alien contact. The 190 page report concluded that profound social consequences could result from such a disclosure, that Earth's civilization could topple, and recommended that the people of Earth should be prepared mentally. That conclusion of the Brookings Institution was all that the U.S. Government needed to keep the lid sealed down tightly on the whole matter and to begin a project of gradually preparing humans around the world to accept the existence of aliens. Meanwhile, even the most senior members of Congress and other top-level members of the Government have been consistently stonewalled from learning the actual truth about the matter. One of the most influential of whom was my dear and long-time friend Senator Barry Goldwater, with whom I had various personal and business dealings from the early 1960's until his death in 1998. A general in the Air Force Reserve, chairman of the powerful Armed Services Committee, and the Republican Party's nominee for the presidency in 1964, and a man of considerable determination, certainly Senator Goldwater could find out the truth. He knew well how to make heads to roll. Yet I quote from his letter of 25 March 1975:
The subject of UFOs is one that has interested me for some long time. About 10 to twelve years ago I made an effort to find out what was in the building at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base where the information is stored that has been collected by the Air Force, and I was understandably denied the request. It is still classified above top secret. I have, however, heard that there is a plan underway to release some, if not all, of this material in the future.
In another letter of 19 October 1981, more than six years later, he wrote:
First, let me tell you that I have long ago given up acquiring access to the so-called Blue Room at Wright-Patterson as I have had one long string of denials from chief after chief, so I have given up. ...To tell you the truth ... this thing has gotten so highly classified ... it is just impossible to get anything on it.
And in a still later letter of 20 June 1983, Senator Goldwater wrote:
To answer your questions, I have never gained access to the so-called 'Blue Room' at Wright-Patterson, so I have no idea what is in it. I have no idea who controls the flow of "need to know" because, frankly, I was told in such an emphatic way that it was none of my business that I've never tried to make it my business since.
On 23 January 1980, a lawsuit was filed under the Freedom of Information Act against the National Security Agency (NSA) for the release of some certain documents pertaining to alien discs. The NSA was forced to admit that it had 79 of those certain documents in its possession. Then it admitted to 135. Finally, it finally admitted to 239. The NSA, however, absolutely refused to release those documents to the court. Accordingly, the judge ordered the NSA to submit an affidavit to the court stating the reason why. Eugene F. Yeates, a representative of the NSA, subsequently presented such an affidavit before the court, but the judge was not allowed to see it. Why? Because the affidavit's mere existence automatically caused it to be classified top secret. The judge had to obtain a temporary top-secret clearance just to read it. The affidavit stated that the release of the documents being sued for would seriously compromise the security of the United States. In
1993, five-term congressional representative Steve Schiff, from Do you believe the Government is being truthful with you when it still claims to have no interest in UFOs? There was sound reason during the first decade or so after the crash at Corona to keep the information secure. Almost any of the alien technology that could be "reverse engineered" and understood by man would have immediately resulted in a surge of American military capability to such an extent that the actual threat of communism would have been eliminated overnight. Remember, too, that Americans questioned both their Government and religious teachings far less in those days, which were even before the famous television program "Leave it to Beaver." And don't forget that when the flying disc crashed at Corona, it had been only nine years since Orson Wells' fictitious radio broadcast "War of the Worlds" had utterly panicked the public, resulting even in deaths. The sudden announcement some 50 years ago that Earth was being visited by an incomprehensibly more intelligent civilization would have rocked the social order of mankind to its core and broken it down completely. The foundations of science would have shuddered. The mighty U.S. military would have appeared impotent. The authority of religion would have been demolished. Things were different half a century ago. Although I have critiqued the news media in the past, since they have been so wholly ineffective at doing it themselves, they are primarily composed of well-intentioned reporters, and I count among my close friends many members of the profession. (Just a few days ago, I spent an entire day with my friend former CNN anchor, and Emmy-award winning CBS News Capitol Hill correspondent, Joie Chen.) Don't be too hard on the news media. They were not a willing part of the initial cover-up, having been told that if they reported anything about the matter, other than what the Government authorized, their FCC licenses would be immediately canceled. Later, in 1953, a CIA panel concluded that control over the news media was slipping and that the media's continual reports of the sightings of UFOs should be actively discouraged. The "Robertson Panel" recommended a covert program of "training and debunking," which was instituted. Today, the lips of reporters are effectively controlled by those who control the media, who, in turn, are indirectly controlled by the upper echelon of those within the Top Secret / Cosmic classification. For more than a half-century, the U.S. Government has conducted a campaign of what is known in inner circles as "black PR," meaning ridicule of those who have spoken at variance with its public position, and disinformation. (Disinformation: false information deliberately and often covertly spread [as by the planting of rumors] in order to influence public opinion or obscure the truth.) Even such a distinguished authority as Donald Menzel, former Chairman of the Department of Astronomy at Harvard University, alleged that no rational and competent human being could possibly even sight a UFO. Only when you realize that he was an original member of MJ-12 do his belittling comments make perfect sense. There is a Top Secret / Cosmic, and quite independent, Government at the highest levels of our Government today, but it is crucial to understand that the men and women in charge of those operations are not malevolent. Rather, they are extremely well intentioned in this matter. What patriot in 1947 (when the Corona crash occurred), or in 1960 (when the Brookings report was concluded), or in 1969 (when the RAND document was issued), would have wanted to plunge the U.S., not to mention the world, into anarchy? What patriot would do that today? Of course the times have changed, haven't they? Well, just what do your friends and neighbors really think today? A nationwide survey was recently conducted by the Roper Organization asking Americans how they would react if the existence of aliens were now confirmed:
Only 32% said they were fully prepared to handle it.
When asked how they thought other people would react:
13 % believed most people would act calmly and rationally. 36% thought most people would be very concerned. 14% said that others would begin to act very strangely. 10% said most others would act irrationally and become dangerous 25% agreed that most people would "totally freak out and panic."
Yet, 48% (almost half now) believe that UFOs have visited this planet sometime in the past. Not surprisingly, 80% of Americans believe the U.S. Government would suppress evidence of alien life. Nevertheless, the process of gradually preparing mankind to accept an official disclosure of the existence of aliens with extremely superior intelligence and technology has begun. It is happening today through the release of various books, radio programming, television documentaries, and Hollywood motion pictures. Such preparations are also happening through various statements, such as the forthright and concise revelation by Colonel L. Gordon Cooper, Mercury 9, Gemini 5 astronaut, when he addressed a United Nations panel, in New York, in 1985:
For many years I have lived with a secret, in a secrecy imposed on all specialists and astronauts. I can now reveal that every day, in the USA, our radar instruments capture objects of form and composition unknown to us. And there are thousands of witness' reports and a quantity of documents to prove this, but nobody wants to make them public. Why? Because the authorities are afraid that people may think of some kind of horrible invaders. So the password still is: We have to avoid panic at all means.
Story Musgrave, M.D., Dean of American Astronauts, has flown on all six vehicles of the Space Program. What does he have to say about the three-and-a-half feet tall, thin, larger-than-human-headed, large-dark-eyed extraterrestrials? Referring specifically to aliens of that description, he recently stated, publicly, "They are out there." None in undeniable positions to know could have said it better than the astronauts. These American heroes are not lying. The Government now knows of many different races of aliens and many different kinds of interplanetary vehicles, besides the "Mark-5 scout ship" that malfunctioned in the boondocks of southeastern New Mexico, on the night of 2 July 1947, and changed the world forever. Incidentally, UFOs are currently referred to by the United States Space Command as UCTs, meaning "uncorrelated targets." (A technical term, not implying any aggression on our part against superior species.) I have probably already revealed quite enough, to say the least. Yet I will tell you that there are nine security levels far above even Top Secret / Cosmic. As those security levels are not within the U.S. Government, however, the Government does not even know the names of those security classifications, much less have any access to them. Nevertheless, they do exist within this solar system. Included in those "alien security classifications" is the answer to the most important question that the Government still has about extraterrestrials. It was at the core of the national security concern immediately after the crash at Corona (as stated in the Top Secret / Majic briefing given to President-elect Eisenhower). And, after more than 55 years of investigation by the U.S. Government, it is still the singular reason for the national security concern: the motives and ultimate intentions of the extraterrestrials. To help alleviate both the Government's extreme concern, and the cover-up, I will reveal the alien's real motives and ultimate intentions now. The universe is almost infinite and is teeming with life forms. Almost as many stars actually have planets revolving around them with life forms on them than stars that do not. Only recently has NASA released the datum that there seems to be more water on Jupiter's moon Europa than there is on planet Earth. There is also alien activity on planetary bodies within our own solar system, as NASA is quite aware. Don't, however, expect NASA to breathe a word about that. Per Section 304 (a) of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958, which established the agency, "The [NASA] Administrator shall establish such security requirements, restrictions, and safe guards as he deems necessary in the interest of national security." At the northwest end of McCarran International Airport, in Las Vegas, Nevada, is a guarded terminal through which, every morning, armed authorized personnel turn in their handguns and board one of a small fleet of unmarked Boeing 737-200s. The aircraft's call signs are three digits prefacing the word "Janet," that is really an acronym that stands for "just another non-existent transport." They are then flown some 90 miles north to what the public now knows as Area 51, sometimes referred to as "Dreamland," a testing ground that the Government was recently forced to finally admit exists, but only after Russian reconnaissance photos proved that it did. Its actual name is not Area 51, but the "Groom Lake Facility." For the work that they do there, some personnel are paid in cash, to eliminate any paper trail. Incidentally, ground entrance to the base is along an unpaved road beginning at what is known as "the black mailbox," a large locked mailbox that is actually painted white to confuse the unauthorized, through a Joshua tree forest, up to "the men in black" and the warning sign "Use of deadly force authorized." You never want to get that far. In 1952, the Corona disc was secretly transported from Wright-Patterson, in Ohio, to Indian Springs, Nevada, and, shortly thereafter, to Groom Lake. Today, reverse engineering of alien technology, and other associated alien research, is still in progress at a number of top-secret locations, including S-4 (Section 4), a super-secret camouflaged military facility, built underground (to counteract aerial reconnaissance) in the side of a mountain, near Papoose Dry Lake bed, some 12 miles south of Groom Lake. Earth is an exceptionally unusual planet, for a number of reasons. These include its particularly heavy atmosphere, the speed with which mankind is currently advancing technologically, its bizarre (but unrecognized) history, and the utter irrationality of its inhabitants, who need "The Mega Genius Lectures" desperately. The history of man extends much further back than man suspects. All throughout his numerous cycles of substantial progression and regression -- and there have been many -- he has continually been observed, for ten's of millions of years. (A very brief time to the aliens.) Since the extraterrestrials obviously could have destroyed all civilization on this planet just as one might step on an ant, and they have not, some suspect that the aliens' intention must be to help us, at least within the parameters of our limited understanding. Others subscribe to the more middle-of-the-road approach that they just need our genes, or that they come from some dying planet and intend eventually to infiltrate ours. None of those suppositions is at all true. Except for the benign introduction to this planet of some religious technology, some 12,000 years ago, in Pakistan, and some ancient alien bases, such as in the Pyrenees (mountains along the French-Spanish border) and ancient Egypt, the aliens' intentions have never varied throughout the eons. It is only this: to observe and contain. Our strife, drug abuse, criminality, insanity and wars are of no more concern to them than the anxiety that you would feel over two minor ant colonies at war in the countryside. In fact, it is only the arrogance of man, who is blinded by his self-importance, that causes him to theorize otherwise. It is with great compassion and a total understanding of the matter that I tell you this: man's only hope is to learn how to think far more intelligently. Then, and only then, will he actually become a civilized species in the eyes of the aliens and, subsequently, become an acceptable neighbor to them. Any hope or belief otherwise is mere whistling in the dark. Finally, let me add that in 1945, at Trinity, on the White Sands Missile Test Range, in New Mexico, we did something that concerned the aliens, suddenly causing them to observe this planet more closely. It was what resulted in mid-twentieth-century man's abrupt introduction to flying saucers. That was when, and where, we tested our first A-bomb. It was no coincidence that the disc at Corona impacted less than 100 miles northeast of that super-secret site. The one and only thing that the aliens will never accept is any substantive interference with their procedures of observation and containment. Even our Moon, for example, which has an extraterrestrial base on the dark side, is off limits. Neither is it a coincidence that the Moon revolves at the exact speed to precisely keep the same side facing Earth through the millennia. Now you know the real reason NASA's plan to construct a base on the Moon was canceled abruptly after Apollo-17s landing there, and why no man has visited the Moon for decades, since 14 December 1972. It isn't that there is nothing left of particular interest to mankind up there. There are concerned aliens. Just launch and detonate a nuclear warhead out there somewhere, and you'll see them. What should be important to you, however, here and now, is that full disclosure by the Federal Government is eminent, before long. The times are gradually changing. People's attitudes are changing, slowly. By reading this, you are helping to make that happen. If you want to speed up the process considerably, there is one easy and meaningful thing that you can do: invite all your friends, relatives and acquaintances to read what I have just told you.
